The team want to know as much as possible about your business, it’s employees and it’s direction, along with the key principles and ethos. This information-gathering enables us to understand the true nature and character of the company, allowing us to more effectively communicate out ideas to customers, colleagues or stakeholders. During consultation, we’ll help focus your requirements whilst offering our experience and guidance throughout.
Following the consultation stage, we will prepare a Project Development Outline, detailing the scope, schedule and cost of your project. Occasionally, we will include materials and additional documentation to help give customers a greater understanding about exactly what we can offer. Shell Creative prides itself on providing added value for our clients, therefore costs are strictly detailed line-by-line to allow customers to make the most informed decision when choosing a preferred supplier.
On acceptance of the quotation, we will then begin the project. We’ll request any information we need, and provide access to our client management system, where you will be able to add information, milestones and allow us to provide feedback. Naturally, we’ll keep you updated as we progress, giving telephone and e-mail support when required.
Following testing and refinements stages, sign off of the project will occur on satisfactory completion of all milestones and scope elements. We will not mark the project for completion until we are completely satisfied with the project in its entirety.
